National Glaucoma Symposium - July 27-29, 2013 - Brewster, MA

Join the Tradition! The 10th Annual National Glaucoma Symposium will be held at the beautiful Ocean Edge Resort on Cape Cod in Brewster, Massachusetts. 

Lectures take place on Saturday, Sunday and Monday mornings, with optional Early Riser CE sessions and lunch seminars for a total of 18 hours of COPE-approved CE. All courses will be submitted for Florida approval. Speakers include Sanjay Asrani, MD; Jimmy Bartlett, OD; Danica Marrelli, OD; Bud O'Leary, OD; Robert Rebello; J. James Thimons, OD; and Peter Zacharia, MD.

The Saturday and Sunday morning Early Riser Sessions are now full. ON-LINE REGISTRATION WILL CLOSE AT 8:00PM EASTERN TIME THURSDAY NIGHT JULY 25, 2013.  There is very limited space for walk-in registration on Saturday and Sunday.

There is a casual family buffet for speakers, sponsors and attendees on Saturday night, followed by a beach bonfire and marshmallow roast.  Registration for the buffet must be received by July 23.  There is no walk-in registration available for the buffet. Registration for the dinner buffet is now closed.

Conference registration for the three mornings of lectures from 8:30-12:30 is $395 through June 15 and $450 from June 16 through July 23.  One-day rates for the morning lectures are $135 Early Bird and $150 regular.  Separate fees apply for the Early Riser lectures from 7:30-8:20 each morning, luncheon sessions on Saturday and Sunday, and the family buffet.  After July 23, a late fee of $50 will be added to all CE, if space is available.  We cannot guarantee walk-in registration.  This conference has sold out in prior years. 

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received by July 23 can receive a refund, less a $25 processing fee, or apply the full registration to a future program.  Cancellations received after July 23 can receive a credit of the full registration fee toward a future conference.  Please cancel in writing by fax (978-470-4520) or e-mail (info@nationalglaucomasociety.org).  No credit will be given for leaving early or cancelling sessions once the conference begins.

NGS Dinner Buffet at Bay Pine Pavilion
A casual buffet at Ocean Edge for attendees, exhibitors, speakers and their families. Menu includes: New England clam chowder; green salad; fusili pasta salad; calamari, shrimp, tomato and cucumber salad; baked New England scrod with citrus butter; apple cider BBQ chicken; BBQ babyback ribs; parsley new potatoes; corn-on-the-cob; corn bread; strawberry shortcake; and chocolate torte. Lemonade, tea & coffee, and a cash bar. The children's menu includes macaroni and cheese, chicken fingers, french fries and watermelon. This takes place rain or shine in an indoor facility next to the Bay Pines Pool. After dinner, take a short walk to the beach for a bonfire and marshmallow roast. Register by July 23. THERE IS NO WALK-IN REGISTRATION FOR THE DINNER.
