Join us for the last CE of 2013, offering 8 hours of COPE and Florida approved CE. Lectures include 4 hours of glaucoma, 2 hours of orals and 2 hours of cases. Speakers are Dr. J. James Thimons and Dr. Anthony Litwak.
Early Bird conference fees, available through Monday, November 25, are $190 for the full day (8 hours) and $95 for half-day (4 hours). From November 26 through walk-in registration, conference fees are $240 for 8 hours and $120 for 4 hours.
On-line registration for this program is now closed. Space is still available for on-site registration Sunday.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made by December 2 can receive a refund, less a $25 processing fee, or apply the full registration fee to a future program. Cancellations made on or after December 3 can receive a credit of the full registration fee to a future program. Cancel in writing to the NGS by fax (978-470-4520) or e-mail (info@nationalglaucomasociety.org). No refunds will be given for leaving early or canceling sessions once the program begins.
