National Glaucoma Symposium 2018
The 15th annual National Glaucoma Symposium took place at the Ocean Edge Resort on July 28-30, 2018 and was another great program. Many of the doctors return each year to this premier conference for the high-quality lectures, informal and collegial atmosphere, and beautiful location.
The speakers this year, Dr. John Berdahl, Dr. Eric Conley, Dr. Mark Dunbar, Dr. Steven Sarkisian and Dr. Jim Thimons, presented an array of interesting and informative lectures on glaucoma and related topics. A new session this year was a surgical wet lab, where participants were able to implant a stent into artificial ocular structures. Special thanks to Glaukos and Allergan for providing the equipment.
